We strive to provide accurate sizing information for all of our products. Because of differences in our designer's sizing and product specifications, please make sure to measure your pup for an accurate fit. Please also make sure to refer to the individual product page for sizing information. All of our dog apparel, dog collars, dog beds and other dog products are measured in inches. Your shipping charges will appear in your cart at checkout in the section marked "shipping" for your convenience. All orders over $150 will receive free shipping so stock up and save!! Shipping charges are as follows:

How long will my items take to arrive? TOP
We strive to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Most items ship within 24 -72 hours, however, to achieve a wider range of merchandise for our customers, some items ship directly from the designer and may have slightly longer delivery times. We have listed general shipping timelines on the item description pages if they ship directly from the manufacturer or designer. This also means that items placed on the same order may arrive in two or more boxes from different suppliers. We will contact you if your order is going to be shipped more than 72 hours after being placed.
While we make every effort to update availability on the website, in some rare instances a product may become delayed or unavailable. If there is a problem with your order status we will contact you right away. We will let you know when your item will be ready for shipment and you will have the option to complete your order, exchange for something available immediately or cancel your request for a full refund.
Most orders ship same day and will arrive to you within 3-7 business days. We will keep you informed of the status of your order and are dedicated to getting your big dog gear to you as fast as we possibly can.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
At this time we are only able to ship within the United States. We hope to ship internationally soon. Some products are available for shipment to Canada, please contact us first and we will let you know if the items are available for shipment out of the US.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us for shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Some items may not be available for delivery to these locations.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. For your convenience we also accept PayPal Express Checkout if you prefer to use your PayPal account. How do I change or cancel my order? TOP
If you need to make a change to your order please email us immediately. Once you click "place order" your purchase begins processing within minutes so that it can get to your doorstep as quickly as possible. What is your return policy? TOP
We want you to be delighted with every item that you purchase from Dane Bryant Dogs. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your item, please Contact us within 30 days from the ship date. We will make any changes you like, including an exchange, credit to your account, or a refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: customized, personalized or engraved items, toys, food, perishable and grooming products. Select custom-made items may not be returned or exchanged, but we note such restrictions on the product detail page.
Please make sure that the item you are returning is in it's original and unused condition. We cannot accept damaged or soiled items. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 15 business days to process your returns.
Holiday dog clothing and accessories, including Halloween costumes, return and exchange policy: one time size exchange, no returns or store credit.
We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After the first exchange, each exchange will incur a restocking fee of $7.
If you return an item which qualified for free shipping, we will refund you for the purchase price less a restocking fee of $7 or 10% of the items value if oversized shipping charges apply.
Your satisfaction is so important to us. We wish we could accept all exchanges and returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. We are required to charge appropriate sales tax to any items shipping within beautiful Washington State. Is DaneBryantDogs.com a secure website? TOP
Absolutely! When you provide any personal information we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your information cannot be accessed by a third party. Your personal information and your credit card information are converted into bits of code that are transmitted securely. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit card information as a result of giving it to us over the Web, but if you ever suspect that your credit card information is being used without your knowledge, you should contact your credit card company immediately.
Do you sell wholesale? TOP
At this time Dane Bryant Dogs is solely a retailer and we do not sell any of our items wholesale. How do I submit a product to be carried in this store? TOP

Our birthday club celebrates the special days of the dogs we love so much. A birthday dog photo gallery is in the works so please send up pictures of your partying pooches. We offer exclusive discounts and promotions to our newsletter and Birthday Club subscribers as a way of saying thanks for being wonderful customers. Are any items available for smaller dogs? TOP
Yes! Most items that you see here in our store are available in small dog sizes too. If you see something that you can't live without, just contact us and let us know. We may not have the item in stock in small sizes, but would love to special order it for you if it's available. We are also still on the search for adorable small dog items for our little dog section. We love all dogs , big and small, and will have a selection of the best things out there for your little friends too.
